Cabeza means head, but it's *NOT* brains, bro. For tacos de cabeza, the entire cow's head is slow-roasted until the meat that surrounds the skull becomes fall-apart tender. So mostly, it's cheek. But it ain't brains, Bren.

Hey just wanna chime in about the pizza!! I used to be a manager for jets. So the hand tossed dough is hand tossed, it's just we also use a machine to get the thinning started (cold dough can be kinda tough at first, and if your in a rush it helps with time). We run it through a few times depending on the crust type, then we slap it out (hand toss lol). It's an interesting process. I can't speak for every Pizza place but just wanted to inform yall about that ❤

First part of the video. It ain't actually a burnt down building. It used to be a office building but in 2020 or somewhere around there. A developer wanted to renovate it to a hotel. So they started the renovations but it fell apart and the developer hasn't touched it since

LOVE your videos about eating at different type of restaurants trying the foods. Definitely the breakfast bowl and chili looks the best. I'd love to go there trying those two . That place across from Varallo's used to have a restaurant on the bottom floor with office space on the top 3 floors and was sold in 2020 but construction stalled out about 3 years ago. Not sure if it's changed hands since but a permit has been filed to resume construction and it's supposed to turn into a hotel. Sorry for dorking.

Gio’s Pizza in west Nashville! I just got back and it was the best Chicago style pizza I’ve ever had. They run out of a community kitchen so no store front but the deep dish pepperoni blew my mind

Some of the best tacos ive ever had came from taco trucks. Actualy, ive had some fire burritos from trucks also. No brick oven and the hand tossed is machine done. Looks like a tombstone pizza. No thanks. Good video guys.

I worked downtown for 37 years and VArollo is the go-to restaurant. You have to go back for lunch. They even have some of us (state employees) on the wall. Love this place Try the fish and the turkey and dressing. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
