@@kevinpham15 meeting a head chef isn't some magical experience. lol and anyone can go to a michelin rated restaurant. It's not a secret club. You can find relatively affordable michelin restaurants and if you ask nicely and the chef is not swamped they will come out to say hi.

When the desert came, and his girlfriend's chest area was kind of blurred out - I thought my monitor was about to die or that I was having a stroke. Then I realized, oh, it's blurred. I'm fairly certain that server gets paid a good wage since he doesn't work here in America. Tip culture is very rare outside of the US as it is, though of course most people won't turn one down, I'm sure.

@@LordLOCAmerican servers make WAY more in fine dining restaurants sue to tips. That guy makes about $50,000 per year and about 30%-40% of his salary goes to taxes.

@@Positiveenergy68 Maybe so for fine dining in America, but that American server who gets way more in tips, probably has to pay for health insurance, a probably quite expensive apartment or whatever, not to mention all the expenses of working at a fine dining establishment that you never think of (the clothing, you have to keep yourself and your hygiene aka hair well kempt etc.) and whether they have a car or travel by public transit all adds up in the end. Meanwhile in Switzerland that server has free health care, tons of paid leave, etc. and while sure they pay more in overall taxes they get more in return and don't have to be as stressed or worry as much about certain things.

I’ve been to Europe several times and have eaten at a few Michelin star restaurants including a 3 star restaurant….it’s supposed to be an experience to savor and remember….. while I’m impressed you tried everything and impressed with the ultimate waiter……you’re and your girlfriend’s behavior was somewhat disappointing and bad mannered for a establishment such as that …..actually almost insulting ….. your memories will be licking the plate……stick to your usual faire….i actually like the ones you do with the suspect one’s in the middle of nowhere……

Normally in a Michelin star restaurant, you get waiters that are hoiti toiti, and stuck-up, but it seems like you guys scored in that department! He has got to be the coolest, funniest, best waiter I've ever seen! Thomas, If you're reading this, keep up the great work, and whatever they're paying you, it's not enough!

Amazing service and the portions are so small because of the high quality of ingredients and the time it takes to prepare each course….. I believe once your tastebuds adjust to the natural organic ingredients, you will be grossed out by processed foods you enjoy 💯 damn I should have wrote the script
