No, it was just a generic moz stick, that you can get at small sporting events and fairs and whatnot. They are frozen, and meant to be deep fried. These were not only microwaved, they were probably sitting in a freezer for a year or more.

You’re suppose to use mozzarella (preferably Polly- o cheese) not just a random thing of string cheese, which is why his wasn’t pulling apart it was just stiff. As a cook, I must say when the fryer starts chatting at you you pull them up super quick and dump them in a bowl and then serve them. A lot of entry level Cooks don't know how to cook mozzarella sticks! There is a finesse to it.

Once you hear the water starting to come out of the mozzarella sticks, pull them up and see if there is any little bits of cheese starting to leak through the breader. And then maybe let them sit for 10 seconds to 20 seconds to carry over cook. You are not stupid

First time watcher. Love the concept of the show. That looked fine from the outside, but the food was so surprisingly bad looking once you got inside! Irish Bars I've been to in the US had really good food -- this was so sad, but funny.

After eating something that bad, you GOTTA give us a taste of something good at the end of the video. Even if you go get that gas station burger and soda, take us with you so we don't leave tasting that old grease and bland burger!!!
