Hey I have a great idea. How about like three star places. We all know five stars are gonna be great and one stars are gonna be trash but how about like the mixed reviewed places? Should probably name and shame that food truck. They obviously have no concept of food safety, let alone care about the quality of their meals. Someone may actually die from eating their meals someday. I worked in a commercial kitchen with strict food hygiene standards and this place is breaking all the rules. They need some very firm feedback and change or go out of business. And to be charging that much. Just my thoughts.

As a chef who knows the owners, this video is completely false. The owners don't use any frozen product. The meat has simply been cryovaced for transport purposes only (per LA County Health) I've personally inspected the inside of the truck. It's immaculate.

Some restaurant pre-cook the meet and put it in the freezer. Then they just reheat it and serve. According to the food safety regulation, hot food have to be reheated up to 165 Fahrenheit in order to serve regardless poultry, pork, beef, seafood, etc

I used to work at this Mexican restaurant and it got very packed everyday our quesadilla is 10$ but it's straight piping hot off the grill we get it in a plate put salsa all over some fresh shredded lettuce and cream all over its way worth it all good vibes very delicious food
