I've been a server for a few years and I don't think Jake was rude, he told the truth. You know how to take complaints that's a part of the jobs description. Finding a nail in your food is nasty as hell, place should be reported. 🤢

The server was fine and got her MANAGER, who was fine with cancelling the dish, but Jake was persistent on not paying for the WHOLE meal when they ordered 4 or 5 dishes, which is around $100... You also know the restaurant is not doing well so she was timid on letting the whole bill go. Yeah the nail in the food is nasty, but you can't order a fat bill and not pay a family owned restaurant... The place is rated the worse restaurant for a reason... Thank god to Brennen who ended up paying for the meal at least and was not rude.

Its not the fact he didnt want to pay, its the fact that on top of finding a nail, the food was nasty anyways. Sure it was eatable. But was it worth it? No. He was fine with paying until he found that. Its not being privileged, its the cook and the managers who need to step it up. Yea, theyre poor on customers, but theyre are obvious reasons. Him saying hes going to call the health inspector, and her flat saying no. Don't, shows she also knows the place is trash 🤷🏼‍♀️

I mean they went there 🤷 they should've expected to find something. Also it's quite pushing it considering they put themselves in that position of going there. I get that it was a nasty meal, but the way you guys spoke to the first server was a little demeaning. “Just make sure you hurry up. “kind of tastes like pee, wasn’t sure.” etc. The waitress doesn’t cook the food, nor does she personally handle the food. She can’t control how long the food takes, nor can she control how something tastes. Finding a fingernail is disgusting and you guys had every right to refuse to pay when it came to that. But in regards to the treatment of the initial waitress, I think you guys could have been a little kinder. Coming from a waitress, I just don’t really agree with your guys’ mannerisms in this particular video.😞 Nonetheless, hope your guys’ stomachs are better! 💕

I couldn't agree more, always be polite to the waiters. We are only there to greet, serve and get anything else you need. Well I'm not a server anymore because I quit, since people don't know how to treat humans.

I got the same reply when I took some milk and it was like cottage cheese, I looked at the expiration date and it was a month ago… the lunch lady said it wasn’t that long ago so it should be fine… Luckily I have an iron stomach so whenever and if ever I get food poisoning or eat something I shouldn’t, I get a small stomachache and then I’m fine 20 minutes later so I kinda kept my mouth shut
