This weekend we decided to eat at the legendary NY Dosas from the popular food cart in Washington Square Park of New York City. Thiru Kumar, better known as, The Dosa Man, serves up some of the best dosas in NYC which include samosa dosa and special Pondicherry dosa. Lines for this vegan Indian street food cart are long, and you might have to wait for 40min -1 minute.
