@@emcee9899 maybe you should show some respect because you don’t know what this couple has gone through to get to this point in their lives. They are not entitled to do anything for any of us just because they have it better than we do.
I like to imagine that they would save up money for the cruises by living off of vending machine foods but we all know they still eating luxury from those vending machines
Its funny! I thought the same thing until I went on a cruise. After the second day the food became less and less appealing and I always thought of myself as a big eater. Non stop food on tap and no real exercise unless you go to the gym every day plays havoc with your body
@@geraldwalker6101 agree. most ppl that go on a cruise regardless if mid to high income is mainly get away from everyday life routine. basically work, living in city, etc. cruise ship you either eat, relax at spa or pool, or just work out 4-7 days or even just be out at sea and think to yourself.
@@Phillipnoogen Depends what sort of cruise you're on. We spent our time exploring every time we could go ashore and full days at see were spent resting.
@@dumbhein6042 Trans? @Ongie seems to be referring to lesbians or gays. BUt yes we should not obsess over them. They are normal people like us. Nothing special or bad about them.
The Philippines and the Caribbean provide a large number of crew to most ships because they're great places to find able people with great language skills who are willing to go for the better salary than what they'd get back home most of the time.
@@arlynnecumberbatch1056 By able I would mean healthy and skilled. Ship life can be rigorous, and the limited space means people need to learn a variety of different jobs and be good at all of them to be a good fit.
Aww I love your wife's little face when she shows you how nice her food is. So cute. Thank you for taking us with you. I forgot my worries for a little while x
oof. some of us asians like me never had eggs benedict b4 so i never knew it has a runny yolk also he be killing micheal afton the 2nd time :) (fnaf fans know)
@@gachacarrot6406 Yeah I got mocked at by some asians when I didn't realise the raw eggs weren't soft boiled eggs, cracked it open on an egg holder and it spilled everywhere. Guess there are somethings asians don't know either
@@lunix3259 they are talking about egg Benedict not a egg in its shell. Egg Benedict is a yolky egg over bacon with sauce on a muffin. The egg is not raw.
Cruise ship, vending machines, train bento boxes, ramen where you don't have to look at the server.... Dancing Bacons = A couple for all eating occasions!
The employees of this cruise ship need recognition. They work hard with their family away from them and thinking of them. Working in order to give their kids a better life. I have never been on a cruise -- I will this time -- next year. It does help you relax. Flying is hectic at times. What is the name of this ship?
The food does look interesting, way different from the "Westernized Chinese" food I am used to. Not sure of my Western palate would handle all of it, but would really like to try.
Just stumbled upon your videos today. Now I am binge watching. I have to say, I enjoy watching your significant other's face when she is enjoying her food. It is such a joy to see.
I love Baileys over ice, great on a summer evening outside. I would say, being British, that the afternoon tea looked very nice, but the sandwiches were missing. We typically have little triangle sandwiches with fillings like egg mayonnaise, ham and mustard, cucumber, and so on. :) And instead of milk, Earl Grey tea can be drunk with a slice of lemon. Edited as my daughter has just said that she likes the look of the baked salmon fillet.
@@treasuretim3 It's our usual job. Lol. As a fellow filo we're kinda everywhere for these type of jobs. You wouldn't understand. But if you're filo you should know this. It screamed in the news when the pandemic blow up about cruise ofws.
She is so cute whenever she makes an approving noise after tasting the food. I’m so glad I found this channel. I can watch these types of videos all day long!
I once went on a drive to nowhere. It's in North Carolina. You drive thru the Smokey mountains and then you have to walk thru a long tunnel and when you come out the road just ends. They call it "the road to nowhere." It was a fun ride. Beautiful scenery.😊
Great video once again! ..... Interesting story... I once met a crew member of a ship and their staff was all intl. They told me they are worked to the bone and have hardly any fun time bc you're so tired you choose to sleep vs explore a town the few hours they get. It's not abuse per se but they are worked insane hours they said. Everyone working is coming from worse conditions at home.
I know this is an old video but I’m watching it again! The mother is very cute and it’s nice that she was able to join you both.😋$29 seems like an awful lot for that small amount of duck. Yummy food seafood is my favorite,I would have this every meal if I could😂😂
I could not agree more. They were little slivers of duck. I ordered a half duck in this more upscale chinese restaurant in Los Angeles and that was 19 dollars.
hehe watching your partner *scramble* to react to your sudden runny yolk in the eggs benedict really *cracked* me up. she was mid-slurp on her own eggs 😂
@@jackkreacherr9339 prior to and after the cruise, anyone that goes on it has to go for a mandatory covid19 screening so not really reckless lmao. singapore is really anal like that and it works out well with how controlled the pandemic has become here. it's almost a non-issue.
Lol. Dancing Bacons has been seen several times and is clearly male, and the woman travelling companion has been referred to as "my mom", so stop being weird and self-obsesed.
Re the Scones: I see you adding jam and cream to the outside of the scone. They're usually 'forked' in half (by piercing from the sides with a fork), before adding jam and/or cream to your liking. A knife is generally frowned upon for cutting a scone, as it is seen to damage the crumb structure of the scone. Those ones look small and layered enough that you could probably just use your fingers to break them in half first.
The only cucumbers I've ever had on a burger were dill pickles, but now I want to try them with fresh sliced cucumbers instead. All of this food looked so mouth-wateringly good! Thanks as always for sharing the fun stuff! p.s. Earl Grey is always a winning choice for me, too -- with our without cream. I would love to try that pudding!
One could say it's very relaxing to see high-class luxury cruise food. Another could say it's a little tone-deaf to indulge in this while there's a global pandemic and the economy is crashing. Just saying, I'm glad someone *can* do this. I just think it might be a sensible choice not to do this in this particular moment.
ah i suppose it's a difference in countries, because where DancingBacons is from (Singapore) the government has been extremely helpful in aiding everyone financially, even those that got stranded in the country despite being foreigners. stuff like a cruise to nowhere or extremely discounted tourist attractions have become a norm to help locals to cope with the covid situation by providing them a guilt-free escape from reality when they want to. (i.e. tickets to the themepark, Universal Studios Singapore, can be bought for free as all locals get a free $100 voucher for any local tourist attractions/locations) This isn't to dismiss the pandemic affecting other countries, it's more so to explain why they can go on an expensive cruise in the middle of a crisis. In a way, covid barely exists here because the government handled it well as nowadays, any covid case that arises here is because of imported cases (i.e. someone returning from overseas). I can only hope the situation continues to improve in other countries as well.
