For me as a swede, seeing people react to Djungelvrål is the best thing ever. I absolutely love all the different reactions, haha :D The candy it self Im not a too big fan of even if I can eat it, haha

The dead beetle, salt licorice candy is called jungle Roar directly translated. I think salty licorice is a very Nordic taste. Haven't seen it many other places.

Loving the vlogs Joanna! People in other countries just don’t appreciate the salty liquorice the way we do here up north 😂 like seriously, that “mjölkchoklad” (milk chocolate) that you had is my all time favorite chocolate and I really really like salty liquorice (although “Djungelvrål” are not my absolute favorite) Love from Sweden 🇸🇪 /Freja

The only problem with Djungelvrål (jungle roar) is that it gets stuck in your teeth. The salty taste of salmiak is delicious.

Is this the time when I say that I actually like the Djungelvrål 😂😊? [Djungel = jungle, vrål = a scream or yelling]. My family has friends from Sweden, so we've been introduced to Djungelvrål a couple decades ago ... and they haven't changed a bit - and they're goooood 😅

Sally is so cool! She just keeps on biting in to that Djungelvrål. That is usually a tuff candy to appreciate even for a swede. You either love them or hate them. I personally love them. It's one of my favourite candys. But I'm a big fan of salt liquorice and do not appreciate sweet liquorice at all.

Djungelvrål is actually my favorite candy from back home!! If you are not a salty licorice fan you will hate it! Hahah I brought some with me to the US and all of them had the same reaction as you guys.. love it 😂
