Eating from the garden all year round is one of my biggest goals for my family. We put so much effort into our growing the food in our garden, let me show you how I can and freeze my harvest so that we can eat the abundance all year round. With this weeks pick I am making a smooth, restaurant style salsa, battering and freezing squash and zucchini to fry in the future, and making a beautiful banana pepper and basil jelly.
