I feel like the relentlessness and attention to detail that a Virgo would provide in the kitchen is next to none. Meticulous, accurate, dedicated. That food would be Michelin star. I can get 2 giant burritos stuffed with delicious meat and a healthy portion of rice as a side for $25 bucks. $22 for a small burger and fries is insane.

Lol I got two theories if they freeze their patties you got a freezer burned patty or if the claim fresh ground the dry one was on the grill for way to long. You guys should share from now on and when rating give both yours and a guess what the other would be. 😀

I 100% agree with your theory. My friend pointed about that you can tell just by looking at these that they aren't fresh patties. They're pre-made, probably vaccum sealed, and frozen. Totally hurts the burger in my opinion

A place with that kind of price point and fancy digs should be putting out consistency, imho. I'm a Taurus and know basically nothing about it except that it means I'm stubborn, which has its own place in the restaurant industry, I think - hard-headedly trying until you get it right.

It's wild how many burgers (+fries) in Chicago are $18-$25 now. We have that caliber tier of higher-end American gastropubs. Some are so good and worth it, some are just downright overpriced for what you get. We've got another couple burger episodes dropping next week that are big $$ too. Excited to get those published for everyone!

70 is a C ? 93-100 = A 85-92 = B 77-84 = C 70-76 = D Below 70 = F Unless the curves were adjusted since I attended school those were the grading lines. Great content fellas ! 👍

that's what I said! We did that for our first episode with this scoring. But sean grew up with the every 10 is a letter grade so 60 is a D- which seems crazy to me. So I looked it up and there are two different grading scales and I guess the one you're talking about (the same one I grew up with) is now the "old" system lol moral of the story, we're getting old hahaha

there is a place in Springfield , OR that has a $20 burger and fry that I only get when they put gift certs in a radio auction here in town.... I can get a $20 cert for $10 or $12 bucks ... not that their burger is bad , but spending $20 is hard for me for a burger. Poor Corey.. every time. he gets screwed when biting into a burger/sandwich, Sean needs to switch with Corey before they open up their boxes just to see if it's just Corey's bad luck
