Thank you for the tips Autumn its very much appreciated. This channel and all the info you put out has been unbelievably helpful in working towards getting healthy.
I would love a video on how to combat cortisol. Maybe a day or a week of diet and exercise for lowering cortisol? Ive been trying to get my health in check intermittent fasting for a year and no longer seeing belly fat loss.
Could you possibly interview someone who has implemented your plan successfully, but who also is a full-time working parent of young kids and rotates shifts for their job? 😅
😂 this would be me (registered nurse) n my husband (respiratory therapist) but we’re just about 6 weeks in and of course he’s seeing results but slow going for me (40 yr old momma of a 3yr old)…hoping in 6 months time the results will start showing for me (but the improved energy/generally feeling better following autumns recommendations was immediate) 🤗
Im a working parent of 2 kids and I have been Able to implement her plan successfully. I told my sister about it who is a working parent of four children and she has also been able to implement the plan successfully and lost about 25 pounds with the plan and only walking. She does not have time to put in any kind of work out at the moment since her youngest is only two and her sleep quality is horrible. So it is possible!
I do want to add that the reason I implemented her plan is for health reasons as I had a partial thyroidectomy due to cancer. I am on the lowest dose of levothyroxine and it is definitely attributed to good nutrition. My sister did have some weight to lose and also suffers from fibromyalgia and she did it for both weight and health reasons and has seen much improvement in her condition. It does require dedication and for me meal prepping works. Just find a routine that works for you and U2 will find success! Just don’t give up.
Hi Autumn, Question: Some experts claim that the body cannot absorb more than 30g of protein per meal, and say that the surplus turns to glucose. Is this correct?
I ran through my 30's. I loved it, and still do! But after turning 40 this year, I decided I needed strength over endurance. I've gained 10 lbs of muscle, and I feel like a whale. I'm trying to fast, eat protein, walk more than run to burn fat off the muscle, nothing is working, and I'm so frustrated. I never got enough calories when I was a distance runner, and still don't. What a mess! Do you have a program for me??
