Hey guys!
Today we did an Indian Challenge!! Which wasn't much of a challenge since we love Indian food haha we only ate Indian food for 24 hours and we tried many dishes! We had breakfast lunch and dinner, INDAIN FOOD!! It was delicious and tasty, and this video has inspired me to do an Indian COOKING challenge for 24 hours haha let me know in the comments below if I should do that next :)

But you'll be happier to visit India and taste the authentic Indian cuisine and also the street food here. Jessica please do a series on Indian home food. Get invited to indian homes in usa and show us what food they eat...where they buy their groceries....home food is very different from restaurant food.

We are a family of 4 and we use 1 kg onion maximum for 2 days. We chop onions for all our 3 meals... Breakfast, lunch and dinner. And in the afternoon we make salad too...in salads onion plays the main role. Approx 10-12 onions a day.

You should visit India for at least one month and I promise this will be a mind blowing experience for you.. If you come to Northeast India in Assam. I will take you guys around.. Lot to explore.. Tea Garden, Wild Life, Tribal food etc.

A good quality goat or lamb needs exactly 45 minutes to 1 hour to cook depends on the size of the goat … In India people loves the lamb sheep or goat which is 8-9 kilos of weight so the meat cooks faster and remain tender !!! So if you cook lamb and want to eat tender final product you have to cook it well by adding hot water to make gravy because adding cold water makes the meat hard !!!

FYI - You eat the papadum along with the food or after. Not before the meal. I don’t know why they serve it as an “appetizer”.

At home, we ALWAYS eat our samosas like that, “deconstructed” lol But I put a lot more yogurt, and tamarind sauce on top..:) And we always put diced red onions and tomatoes on top as well. It’s SO much better than eating them plain.
