Caponata, pasta con i broccoli arriminati, brioche con il tuppo e granita (or gelato), arancine, sfincione (the Sicilian pizza, you will love it), savoiardi (but I'm sure you already know them), pasta con le cime di rapa (Puglia), pasta alla norma, farinata. I hope you will love them ☺️ you can easily veganize most of them, but some are already vegan, anyway it won't be difficult to find vegan recipes. Ciao ciao ☺️
