Pasta is amazing food for ballet my mom used to make me a tomato sauce with turkey with a little cheese and it always got me through my classes ballet dancers are a lot like olympians I discovered throughout my years in ballet

It is a vegan egg replacement! The brand is called Just (www.ju.st) -- it scrambles, cooks, and bakes like scrambled eggs!

You don’t have to eat a certain way to be a professional dancer. This is just the small percentage of dancers that shared their dietary preferences with the public/online, there are so so SO many more professional dancers who all eat differently, the information on their diets are just not online/public. Everyone is different and has unique needs ❤️

Why would you say that? I got all of my sources directly from her old Q&A IG stories. She stated that she enjoys granola,oatmeal, cottage cheese, bread, and dalgona coffee at the time.
