I had been invited to a non stop reggae dancehall festival to see how people in Czech Republic gather and celebrate the reggae culture. The reggae festival was called highenka which was run by Czech organisation but at the same time in the atmosphere had a touch of reggae culture. There was many artists performing but I was mainly there to enjoy myself but I still was able to catch some of the artists. Food was good in the morning I was quite worried that I would wake up early and not be able to find any hot food for breakfast but I was surprised in the morning I went to the restaurant and they was already open serving hot food so for breakfast I had garlic soup (Česneková polévka) a traditional soup from Czech Republic. I had Makrel (Makrela obecná) which was cooked on a grill was really delicious. Then I went to the restaurant that was there, on the menu was traditional hungarian Goulash in Czech (guláš) which is a soup or stew of meat and vegetables seasoned with paprika and other spices. Originating in Hungary, goulash is a common meal predominantly eaten in Central Europe but also in other parts of Europe. It is one of the national dishes of Hungary and a symbol of the country.
