Listen it's just a 30 sec video of her taking one bite of each food item you don't know how much she eats off the cam and also she exercises.. Don't take everything on internet so hard on yourself.. I used to do that and it got me in so many bad places.. Just do what works for you

@@DeeRio9546 there’s a whole breakfast menu with different types of sandwiches, egg bites, and wraps but she only tried one sandwich. and a lunch menu with even more + protein boxes. at least she could’ve tried the parfaits or oatmeal (coming from someone who worked at starbucks)

I thought this was going to be a video about eating actually food from Starbucks and I was like oh okay I’m interested to see what kinda options they have for dinner breakfast and lunch seem easy enough but it was really just 12 sweets for breakfast with 2 sugary drinks followed by more sweets and coffee and me being horrified by how much sugar that is in a single day but also kinda jealous because it all looked delicious and I’m walking away with very mixed emotions 😂

yeah, I used to eat pies and french fries or potato chips every day , no workouts and having very fit petite body as woman but but my skin was so bad oily and clogged, hormonal issues like pcos and chronic fatigue and finally leaky gut, irritable gut symptoms after so many years avoiding healthy lifestyle. I look 7 months pregnant after normal home made whole food meals. It takes long time to rebuild gut microbiome.
As a Starbucks barista here are some of my favorites: Double smoked bacon sandwhich, spinach feta wrap w some Sriracha, red pepper egg white bites and bacon and gruyère egg bites. For snacks, almond croissant (discontinued unfortunately) the double chocolate brownie, and the pumpkin loaf (not warmed bc it dries it out) for drinks I favor three the most: iced white chocolate mocha, iced caramel macchiatto, and the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. I get blonde espresso with them because its the smoothest. (the brown sugar is blonde by standard)

Honestly, try: iced matcha latte, with added vanilla, sweetener & sweet cream cold foam. If I didn’t have hypertension now, I’d get it everyday still (I used to) 😅 it’s SOO good.
Once we were coming back from Mexico and there was a Starbucks in the airport. There was a sub sandwich that we took onto the plane. And oh my gosh it was so good I’m sad they dont have it here
Try a steak sandwich with cheese onion pepper and cucumber and olives and if u like spicy jalapeño’s and some mayo or light mayo or white bread or italian herba and cheese bread.

The nitro cold brews are my favorite! They're straight crack though, you'd probably have to ask for a lot of cream and sweetener if you like sweet coffee. It's sole purpose is to wake you tf up.
Please do dutch bros! There coffe and lemonades are soooo good! And they have good pastries! My drink suggestions- nutty irishman freeze with wip! , and iced electric berry lemonade!
Ex Starbucks worker tip. Ask for the Bacon Gouda sandwich or honestly any breakfast sandwich open faced or say you want the bacon (meat) crispy and it actually makes the sandwich taste so much better!!
