I’m a chef who’s worked in fine dining all of my career and I’m impressed at the sensibilities of spanians palate. He has a sufficient enough culinary vocabulary, to accurately describe food in a way that’s understandable to a layman.

This is on par with legit recognised food review shows, delivered in a language of the street. Kudos Spanian. If you wanna make this a series, I'd watch. And as if Netflix wouldn't pick this up.

That egg coffee is amazing. Us Italians have it in the morning with fresh homegrown eggs. My Mum used to make that for us when we were kids for breakfast (without the coffee) finishing off with a tablespoon of Marsala, yes Marsala 😀 Yumm so happy to see you tried it , and that they serve that in Vietnam it's so good! one of the craziest things I remember from vietnam was crossing the highway. there is no pedestrian crossing there so you just have to keep walking at the same pace and all the bikes just drive inches infront of you/behind you until your cross. so crazy but it works.
