Delicious, colourful, tasty looking meal! Great idea to pack out the meat/ready made stuff with extra veg, healthy, satisfying and economical. Your chaps are very lucky! One of our spinach plants bolted almost before it had any leaves on it! I guess you'll have to just use the fronds and seeds of the fennel instead.
