Eating with a World's 50 Best Taste Hunter in Abu Dhabi 

Join me and my friend Benson, the World's 50 Best Official taste hunter for the MENA region, as we explore Abu Dhabi's culinary scene in this food adventure video of UAE. We visited two fancy restaurants, Niri and Vakava, both featured in the Michelin Guide 2023 Abu Dhabi.
At Niri, we savored contemporary Japanese cuisine prepared by skilled chefs over the robata grill. The restaurant's minimalist interior and stunning sea view made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Next, we headed to Vakava, a Latin American-inspired restaurant at the Conrad Hotel. Here, we indulged in succulent Argentinian and US steaks grilled to perfection over charcoal and served with chimichurri or BBQ sauce. The vibrant atmosphere, complete with music and colorful decor, added to the overall feel-good vibe of the place.
For the night, we stayed at Conrad Etihad Towers, one of the most luxurious hotels in Abu Dhabi. Located above the city, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the Gulf and Abu Dhabi's skyline. With 12 award-winning restaurants and bars (including VaKaVa), a full spa, three outdoor pools, and a private beach, the Conrad Etihad Towers offers an unrivaled level of luxury.
During our stay, aside from the exquisite dining experience, we were able to marvel at the spectacular views from the 74th-floor observation deck. The Conrad Etihad Towers also offers over 10,000 sq. ft. of event space, making it an ideal location for business or social gatherings.
