hey Daniel, thanks for information bro. Please i applied from WES U.S website for my evaluation towards EB2/NIW and i remebered that all documents were forwarded to WES Canada address for processing and i already have the evaluation report. Does that mean i can not use the report for EB2/NIW?

Is it mandatory to fill I-485 for applicants applying from outside US? who will be going thru consular processing?

For those of us outside the US is the ETA form the ETA 750 B? Do I have to include it with the i-140 application or do I have to file it separately? Is there a fee associated with it? May the universe bless you for the good that you share freely.
