@@fiimills4655I still haven't heard anything from USCIS. Most of the cases are now approved within 3-6 months, I have been waiting for 8 months, I don't know what's going on. Is the processing time faster for people residing in USA or in general it's the same.
A lot of people are getting their petition approved but not many people are getting visa calls. Can you do a video on the process and waiting time once the petition is approved.
people do get the green card after adjusting of status or consular processing. Consular processing times may be very variable depending on the country. I have videos for both processes in this channel. Cheers
Agreed, I got approval on 13th March 2023 but am now totally lost. It looks like in the end you frame your approval and put it on your wall as an achievement 😂

I have few questions to raise: (1) As a post doctoral researcher with quite number of publications in the STEM area (Life sciences ) , which one best suits my case between EB1 and EB2? (2) I was in the USA last February on a B1/B2 visa, Is it possible to file EB1 or EB2 while in the USA as someone with B1/B2 Visa (Multible entry ) then once form I-140 is approved proceed with adjustment of status? (3) Showing immigration intent while on a non-immigrant visa (B1/B2) . How can this affect the final decision if i decide to file 1-140 form while in the USA ?
How about a registered nurse having 2 masters degree MAN & MHA and with PhD in School Leadership & Management wanted to upgrade from petitioned EB3 to EB2 NIW.

Congratulations, can someone help me to apply for EB-2 NIW, I don't know the steps neither I am getting any step by steps guidelines for that, secondly I don't have enough to pay to attorney, I am currently on H1B and having Master degree in Cyber Security from US.

I didn't see his petition . There is no guidelines on number of pages, the important thing here is what you say and how, the quality over the quantity. That said, I consider 40 pages and beyond too long!
