Same here. My amount was deducted, so the package was received. I also received a letter by mail, But no enotification unfortunately. Is there anything you can do to get any more information?
hi Oscar, as metnione d by George , alot of people are having difficulty connecting with real immigration lawyers for petition review or hourly consultation, is there any support available in this regard in your course? Also, he mentinoed that some offers in your course get fullfilled quite quickly, i am not sure what he mean't.
We offer petition reviews and give priority to our course members. But we have a few spots each month only, and they fill out quickly. We don't recommend other third party services just because we cannot guarantee their quality
Hi Oscar, i am currently outside of USA, If i get a tourist visa B1/B2 which is valid for next 5 years, then submit my i-140 petition and through premium processing get a result in 45 days and hoping it gets approved, then can i travel to the US with my tourist Visa? which will be valid, will i have any trouble at the port of entry? or can i enter the US easily on my tourist visa with having my i-140 petition approved? My plan is to enter the US and then apply for adjustment of status, so will this idea pan out? Please do reply!
Hi, I don't provide individualized advice, but I have a video on that topic ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ybOTJy6XQOs.html&pp=ygUUZWIyIG5pdyB0b3VyaXN0IHZpc2E%3D
@@OscarsGreenCard Thanks for replying Oscar, i really appreciate all the help you are providing, i have watched the video you are referring to but unfortunately the scenario explained in the video is different from mine, because in the video you are talking about entering the us on visit visa and then submitting i-140, while i am asking that can i enter the US on visit visa when i have a i-140 already approved from outside US. if you can please answer this one time, i will be really grateful
@@ahsanejazaliit's probably going to be ok if you have the visa already, but the ultimate decision is on the agent at the border . In summary nobody can tell you for sure until you try
@@OscarsGreenCard Thanks Oscar, yes i am going to take the visitor visa before filing my i-140 and will try this route which i had shared, so hoping all goes well.
Hi Oscar, i wanna ask you about my case, im eb3 category (i140). After I got a final approval on 14 march 2024, i didn't received any things . I thought i Will receive something like that ( case was sent to the department of state). Is that normal due to retrogression or what , and what Ganna do ??
I Oscar, thank you for making this video. Pls I'm from Nigeria and I am a Resident in US. I have already had my masters here and currently doing my PhD. My question is can I file for Eb1a? Thank you
Hello oscar, I already applied for Eb2 niw my priority date is 9/feb/2023 And my DQ date 23/may/2024 I am living in abu dhabi You have any idea when i will receive my interview date ?
Thank you for your effort with great detailed top 10 countries report table. Where can we find the details petition report for all countries (RoW)? I checked the uscis eb i-485 report and it only contains row, china, india, phillipine and mexico :(
Hi Oscar. Hope you're doing well. So when the EB-2 NIV application gets approved will the date to action be the date you submitted your application or the date your application got approved? Thanks.
Carnegie Evaluations is good. We have a collaboration with them and members of the course get discounts for credential evaluation and expert opinion letters payhip.com/b/gfuRU
Would the course be useful to someone without a lot to show publicly? I have a Bachelor's degree and 9+ YOE in the software engineering field. I have 1 industrial research paper and 1 US patent, but other than that I don't have something to prove my credentials because all my work and efforts have been within private companies I've worked for and not published.
Hi, the course is helpful to anyone with a case, because it teaches a process. The course does not improve profiles. You need to evaluate if there is enough in your profile and future plans to create a decent case. If you think so, the course will teach you how to do it.
Hi oscar, great videos, learnt alot from you 👍 1 question, is the fee of 2805$ in premium processing seperate to the fee of i-140 + assylum 1015$ or is it including them? In simple terms if i choose premium processing then do i have to pay just 2805$ or 2805 + 1015 = 3820$ ???? And if they are separate, then do i have to fill 3 credit card forms? With 3 seperate payments? Please provide a quick answer, i am very confused in this.
They are separate. If you use card you can combine asylum and I-140 , but NOT premium, which has to be separate. We explain all of this in our course payhip.com/b/gfuRU
@@OscarsGreenCard so i will be filing 2 credit card forms, 1 for asylum and I-140 for 1015$ and 1 for premium processing for 2805$ is that correct? and didn't uscis asked to fill separate forms for each payment? you are saying we can combine them, will there be no trouble? I'll be really grateful if you can clear this confusion Oscar!
Hi Oscar, how are you? my eb2niw petition approved last month. My PD is Jan 2024. I will undergo Consular visa processing. Do you have any videos of IVP? what are the success rates of IVP? any videos on this please? thanks
Is there any updates regarding petition registration delay? I’ve sent my in May and it was received May the 20th. Still no answer from USCIS and they don’t charge money from the credit card.
La vida sí se ha encarecido. Con respecto al trabajo, depende del sector y la ubicación, lo mejor es que mires en webs cuáles son las ofertas para hacerte una idea.
Has anyone added EB2 visas from the monthly immigrant visa issuance report by chargeability area located at the USCIS website. I have added EB2 visas issued from Oct-23 to May 24, and the numbers add up to 7904 visas. It's an awfully law number given that eight month in the year have already passed. Even if we extrapolate this number to the entire year we'll get 12 thousand visas, which is still less that half of the quota. My question is why is this number so low? Does the number reported under this category also contain petitioners' family members?
As far as I know there is no monthly report from USCIS. There is a report from State and that is for visas issued abroad only. Fom USCIS data, last year they approved more than 80K I-140s, which is a very high number as I-140 only includes the principal applicant and not the family members.
Thank you Oscar, By the way, I sent you an email through your website regarding the payment for the EB2- NIW course. Let's say that someone's I-140 is approved through a consular process and a visa awarded for the US; will the person be granted a temporary job authorization while waiting for the permanent residence status? Thank you
For EB2 it's not possible to apply concurrently today based on the visa bulletin. For EB1 it is possible . The median processing time is around 4 months now.
Thanks, Oscar, I am an Electrical engineer from China, for nuclear power plant design, over 20 years. To approve my history membership, what documents should I collect/submit?
Hi sir In 2010, my grandfather applied a case for my mother (our family) in usa and it was approved in 2016 and it is at the Visa Center.
Hey Oscar, thank you for your video! I have a question. I’m in the particular case that I’m holding an H1-B visa, and my wife is under an h4 visa. I’m also doing the paperwork and submission of the EB2 NIW application. If we get the petition approved, can we file an application for my wife to allow her to work in the US while we wait for our priority date to be current?
Buena suerte!
Hi, thanks for the video. But I'm a little confused. Short of labor (pilot) does not sound like a legit prong 1 argument for national importance. Why it works in this case?
Hi Oscar, I was wondering if you need to show your tax files at AOS stage? Also if your family member (US born child e.g.) receives snap, does it affect the case ? Thank you!
Hello Oscar, Great job here... I have be following your videos and i have applied for EB-2 NIW... . I got an RFE can you help to look it.. ? I would be very greatful
Hi Oscar thanks for the video. Table A (15MAR2023) and Table B (22MAR2023) are almost equal in terms of date. Does it imply that your Excel plot predictions will be the same for Table A and Table B? So people under table B will not have any advantage compared with Table A, when they have to follow Table B instead of Table A.
Hi Edgar, first of all my plots are not predictions, they are just the historical data. I don't try to predict. Second, if they two tables are close enough yes, but typically B is more beneficial, from a few weeks to a few months depending on the moment.
It is very strange that all the world proceeded only for about 3 months in that last year. But Indians proceeded for almost 1.5 years. It looks very suspicious.
@@sabeenaammad2099 yes I applied for it and my pd has been current since last month but Islamabad embassy has not sent any interview letter even to cases far before me I am worried
