I’ve had one for a little over a year and absolutely love it! A bunch of my colleagues at work have also purchased one. I have the junior and it fits my 11 inch iPad Pro tablet, my MacBook Air and my work Dell 14” laptop along with storage drives, mouse, calculators, pens etc.

Oh man! I have this bag! Toby convinced me to get it! Lol My only problem was it wouldn’t fit my camera stuff in it very well and think I should have gotten the big one and not the junior one. The junior one I have won’t stretch:/

Yea the full size fits my DSLR perfectly! I want the junior for coffeeshop runs.

This is the older version that's not sold anymore. The newer version you can't tuck the straps away, there's no side handle, there's no removable hard shell in the bottom compartment, and they're all either single zippers or have no D-rings to lock them together. Ebags didn't list the newer version as a separate product. They just updated the image but are still using the reviews of the older version which is misleading.

Wow that’s really unfortunate. I’m in love with mine. I don’t think those differences would be a dealbreaker for me (checked out the new pics) but good for people to know! Thanks for the update

@@Justin_tech No. It sucked. The items in the bottom compartment got crushed when you put too many things in the main body, there's also no laptop bottom padding so if you placed your bag down hard goodbye laptop, and there's zero security features.

Thanks for the review. Gauging by the comments, it sounds like the latest version is a downgrade- are there any recommendations for comparable backpacks if this version is no longer available for purchase? Thanks.

To me, it sounds like the one available isn’t much different. Differences: no side handle, no shell in lower compartment, and the luggage slider on back only goes vertical not horizontal. Is still be into the backpack myself... not sure of another one that is comparable

@@Justin_tech the side handle is extremely important to many people when making a decision to purchase a backpack, it was one of the main reasons i chose the professional slim over many others when I bought it 3 years ago, I must say though, best backpack I've ever owned

I just received mine. And it doesn’t have near the features the one in your video shows. It doesn’t have the stowaway straps, it only has a grab handle on top, the pass through for to place it on my rolling luggage is only on the bottom. And it doesn’t have the removable case at the bottom.

Then you probably ordered the incorrect one. There are lots of variations.

So I sent back the “wrong” ebag and ordered the one with all the features just like the one you are showing, stowable straps, two handles, etc. it arrived yesterday and it has none of those listed features. I called Ebags and they said that that was the old model. They haven’t had a chance to update the website. They took all those really good features off their pack due to “customer feedback” it’s really disappointing. Enjoyed your video though. Thanks

I read an article a while back that said the features described were trimmed down and eliminated to cut down on the overall weight. I have the old one with the features and it serves me well.

How long did you have this bag before reviewing it? Doesn't look anything like the updated, horrible design.

Got it late Fall 2019, they changed the design?? Sure you’re not looking at a different one? They have so many similar varieties

@@Justin_tech Maybe not "design" in general, but they removed some features like being able to stow away the straps and there's no more briefcase handle which makes the use of an L zipper kinda dumb.

@@Justin_tech Very iffy on what I should get now. The version you reviewed is so nice. Unfortunately it seems I took too long to decide. There are other options too, of course, with the handle and stow away straps... but lacking the compartmentalization of this backpack. Really considering just checking on ebay if anyone is selling the previous version haha. I also wondered about the versions with leather accents and all leather. Never see them anywhere on video.
