These are great because they make it so I can surf video games on ebay and touch myself at the same time which has been my dream since I discovered the internet in 2001. Thanks Pete!
Pete mentioned Pier Solar for $160. You can buy the Pier Solar Genesis Reprint *NEW* for $59 if you preorder it from WM's store. It will be getting a final reprint shortly, according to WM, but preorders have been too low. Now is the time to get in if you want the game. I ordered the Dreamcast version as well.
That Shantae was from RareBucky, who has TONS of VGA and sealed games. Matt Bozon used to be an editor for IGN I believe, but is now a part of WayForward, who developed Shantae.
This is very entertaining. Im a hardcore ebayer myself. Its cool you like the Jaguar Pete. I bet you single handedly got thousands of people interested in Jaguar.
Only over 2 years late but I really enjoy this series and it is actually pretty helpful I am searching for Pokemon Stadium games and I can not believe how much they want for them, cheapest you can get them for now is 20$ without the case
Hi Pete! Really like the video, good stuff! I noticed you commented about not knowing why you were getting so much jaguar stuff in your ebay feed-- you can control what goes on your front page feed through the interests you follow (the searches you follow are located below the banner ad on the left side of your front screen)- it looks like atari jaguar is on that list on your screen- you can add and remove those interests depending on what you want to see, sorry if you already knew this, love the videos!
It was very relaxing to watch this video. I really liked it! You give really good insight into what we should look for in terms of pricing and how much something is really worth. Thanks for this video!
Greatly anticipating Episode 3! The video length of this episode should be the minimum length of future episodes. As they say, time flies when you're having fun. I've started to give myself a small budget each week for eBay bargain hunting. Never knew how enjoyable it could be. Keep up the good work Pete! Greetings from Ireland.
Hey Pete Dorr! I love the videos as I thought I was the only one who "ebayed" with such focus and fun...love the videos! I know I am a few years late and I hate that, but I came because of MetalJesusRocks. Thanks again now to see how many more of these you do in 2017 haha!
I've actually been on the hunt for sonic adventure limited edition for a very long time. Your absolutely right, it is hard to find the game complete, but I think its one of the last remaining games I need in my north american anime style dreamcast collection.
3:31 : Lots of people care about SEGA Saturn! :-( I love all your videos and their long length, it's so pleasant and relaxing to watch while working or eating lunch ~
Pete, I've noticed on eBay a lot more retro 'sealed' games than there used to be. As these go for a lot more than unsealed games, do you suspect the sellers are sealing them themselves?
Blood Will Tell has shot up price, seems to have tripled in value to what I paid just over a year ago, need to get around to playing it some day, looks good.
Should've watched the GBA lot with Lord of the Rings: The Third Age, Pete! An excellent tactical RPG similar to Fire Emblem/Advance Wars/FF Tactics. By no means great, but a nice little hidden gem that's more than affordable these days. Give it a look if you ever come across it again!
I have Mega Man 1-6 for NES all unboxed (with Nintendo sleeves) all are in very good shape and work well. What would be a good "buy it now" price for eBay? I have an eBay account and use it frequently put have never held an auction (should I accept returns?). Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
I would be very interested in a video that helps us learn how to spot bootlegs and fakes from the listings without having to like open up carts and whatnot after you've already purchased the item. Perhaps you've already made such a video and I just haven't found it.
So i'm new to Retro Collecting, And i still have my Sega Genesis model 1 console, I was thinking about just starting with collecting the genesis Games and work my way up to other consoles. is that a good idea? If so my next console to work on is PS1.
I love these video's they're really helpfull and help teach me the price guidelines but does anyone know a youtuber or a site that does PAL price guidelines it seems your games are so much cheaper then ours
ahhh man no love for radical rex? haha i actually enjoyed the genesis version. its just a simple platformer where u can charge up your flame breath. i recommend it. the biggest downside is at about halfway through the game there is a flying Pterosaur boss which seems to be programmed for cheap deaths. i actually thought the last boss was easier than him.
