1st quarter has been BAD. Sales are down 60%. Partly my fault because I've been having trouble maintaining inventory.

Yea on eBay my gross sales are up 1% from where I was last year. My store has tons more in it and with the way inflation is I’m basically making less money.

I just made a video about this, too. Yes...sales are sooo slow and I've been listing like crazy. I have been organizing, too. Hope sales pick up for all of us : )

I had 2 very dull weeks of barely any sales, then this last weekend I sold tons of stuff. Like it was quiet for spring break people traveling and spending vacation money, then they all got home, got paid and had to get their shopping fix. 😁

I dont know what the deal is but in my 2 last goodwill trips, i got 3 LEXUS Tonneau covers. Who tosses those??! The one from last week already sold for $140 and this one today is the exact same one, and then i got a larger one for a bigger Lexus SUV. I'll shoot for $200 for this other one. But yeah ive picked up 1 Trailblazer Tonneau from the bins for $5 and sold for $86, The first Lexus one i bought for $9, sold for $140. I got both of these today together for under $10 because they were color-of-the week. I'm all in under $20, and made $226 already. And another $340+ for these las5 2 when they sell i bet.

I have had the same type of thing happen with other items. I’ll keep finding tons of them for several months. Then they will disappear for a year or 2 then I’ll find several in back to back weeks. I seem to find things in waves like that.

Josh, I know eBay charges the final Bayley fees on price+tax+shipping but… do you know if the fees paid on shipping are refunded if you buy the label on eBay? If so, this would save like 13%…so could be a big deal. Just wondering if you knew the specifics here?

No unfortunately eBay doesn’t refund the fees if you buy shipping on eBay. The only time they refund the fees is when you refund the buyer.
