Well, there are 86,400 seconds in a day. If it's even 12 seconds per day off, that's still not noticeable and very accurate. I don't really know because I wear my watches 'round robin' so it's a while before I wear the same one again, and I've not noticed a fast/slow on any of them over the course of a day.
