Nice Review!!! It’s all good Brother.. mispronounce the name too.. But Great Review.. I more likely to get myself a Jackknife now.. it’s what I’m looking for
Disliked it for carrying broken down ar. Need some sort of straps to keep upper and lower from moving around. Perfect for a B&T ghm9 fully collapsed and a sig rattler with mag out and stock folded. It’s a great looking pack and seems to be constructed well
I'm in the market for a subdued EDC pack capable of holding a laptop that could fit into tight, urban settings like a subway. Would you recommend this over the Switchblade? The Switchblade dimensions make it look like a turtle shell. EDIT: ended up buying the jackknife
Going traveling pretty soon and looking for a good travel bag that I can use as an EDC pack when I get back. Manly for work and possibly day hunts. I’m tied between this pack and the switchblade. Do you have a recommendation? The switchblade looks a little too big for a plane carry on.
@richardcupo I would recommend the Switchblade over the Jacknife for EDC and day trips. I’m not sure of exact dimensions for carry-on restrictions, but if it’s not loaded to max capacity, I’d imagine it would fit under a seat no problem. Hope this helps!
@3is You may want to check out the Nomadic Research Raid Pack, the Vertx Gamut 2.0, or the Eberlestock Little Trick (not sure if that one has flat enough of a bottom though). Hope this helps!
Thank you for sharing, perhaps you mentioned it and I didn't notice, but which colour is yours? Are there any kinds of velcro at the side straps to roll and shorten them like the bandit has? Thank you, God bless you, best regards from Germany
Andre, this is the Grey color, and the side straps only have about 3in of extra material. There is an elastic loop that holds that extra bit down, but no velcro like the Bandit. I hope this helps!
07:35 seems pretty lazy, designed by people who don't carry the items this is intended for. There should be straps to hold the weapon still...velcro inside....pockets for magazines....straps. They need to hire some EDC consultants.
