I have recently found an old RU-vid channel of mine I'd totally forgotten about (peakbusiness) that I am now deleting. This video was originally uploaded in 2009 and gained over 38,000 views which sadly as I move it to here will be lost:(
I don't claim to be an expert - I just figured if it was broken I wasn't going to make it much worse.
