It’s sad, dude didn’t even have the chance to get his career popping. He was always in and out of lockup. Dropped a few songs that did well in 2021, then got arrested again a few months later, sat down for like 2 and a half years, only to get out and get killed. He didn’t even drop a new single. We sit and bump the music and it’s all good, but then when they get murdered for living the same way they rap about, how do we feel? Maybe some of y’all reading this are happy, maybe your favorite artists are still alive and well, but damn, I just wonder how you guys would feel. It’s sad. But, like, being a fan of this genre, it’s almost natural too, like I’m getting desensitized. I still think about Slo-Be not being here anymore, the music I’m missing out on, I mean. I think about what Bris’ career woulda been like. King Von. L’A Capone. Dolph. Lil Snupe. Soulja Slim. The list is endless. All these dead rappers. No other genre of music is like this, man. It’s just weird. You guys never get conflicted being a fan? Idk, man, RIP Osama, and all the rest. Shit’s crazy.
