There is no black owned anything in south Africa, every nice things are owned by whites and black go n rent or buy yes that how it works

Black owned? What does that even mean? SA is a multi-racial country. Estates are owned by property developers and other huge real estate firms. These comapnies typically have management and shareholders from all races and walks of life. The residents are mixed. Some black, some white, some Indian, some coloured, some Malay, some Chinese etc.
