Black are the only ones who preaches unity. Other groups of people could care less about unity, they are about empowering themselves. Unity & equality isn't anything tangible.
North Star Exactly Black people are just used as numbers. That Jewish man kept his mouth closed, he doesn't believe in unity and shit. There are some black people who are quick to say "all lives matter" and "we doing this for all people. Until I see other groups of people show interest on black issues as much as black people for theirs, Im cool on the unity.
Also, blacks without a doubt are the most popularized and powerful minority. Hiphop (the biggest music genre) is dominated by blacks and these artist are arguably the most influential members of society and what do THEY PREACH? You guessed it money, smoking, drugs, and killing. Black people aren't angles because you guys have struggled like every other race. Stop acting like you guys have your backs against the wall because we all do. Hate it when you all act like its you guys against the world because it's not.

no no no no no Rabbi! We are not uniting all religions for peace. we can have peace with all religions but every one else god is not mine. there is no sustainable world peace. And the powers in place that address the problems do not want peace the same way a christian or the same way a peaceful muslim does. WE have to be strong on our stand. and Judaism is not the way of true peace. you don't need a religion to have peace on earth.
yo its not about race its about social class. By making a statement saying the problem is about race and color keeps the controversy goin on when thats not nearly the problem plenty of black people r rich in the ",mr. rogers" neighborhood. Plenty of white people r in the "hood" its not about color its about the suburbs and the hood.
it's a bit of both. I agree with you but the reason race is an issue is because blacks are more harshly criticized for negative things and are also pushed to the forefront of any problems when applicable. Like the kid who killed his friend just a day or so ago. Two white kids but the headline reads "Teen accidentally kills friend while reciting rap lyrics." Clear it's a way to connect blackness to a murder.
