This footing have negative footing base pressure due to BM due to eccentric footing and hence the footing will not be in contact with soil also the SBC value does satisfy

i have a question, How come the computation of net upward soil pressure specially on moment due to eccentricity have only + sign? in which moment due to eccentricty will produce tension on the side farthest the column right?

This type of footing should be avoided and it's not economical too, for edge columns strap footing is the good one.
