Thank you for this wonderful tutorial - I have been struggling with this foot for few weeks and finally was able to use it after watching your amazing instructions !
Thank you for explaining how to use this foot, I love free motion quilting on my sewing machine. Never used this foot, it just sits in the box. Going to give it a go.
Thank you for this tutorial, as I am a newer quilter I am always learning new techniques from you. I do like the fact that some videos are short such as this one, it sparks enough interest to want to get that foot and give it a try.
THANK YOU! I do have some trouble seeing the lines on the foot. Never thought of outlining the markings. You are so helpful to so many of us, more than you will ever know.
I absolutely love your channel. I particularly liked this one. I've been sewing for over 50 years and learn everyday. I hope you will have more shows on many different feet. Thank you for what you do.
wow thank you for this information. I am learning new things all the time. I have never heard of this type of foot before. I will investigate this information and see if I can get one for my machines. Thank you from Maleny Queensland Australia.
I'm going to look for a foot on Amazon now have always want to try this but thought it would hard to do. THANKS for showing this. Stay Safe Till The Next Time.
I am still getting used to free motion quilting. My little old machine is very basic but solid... practice makes perfect and I don't mind the practice 😉 all those fun projects/presents to make is what keeps me going. Thank goodness my friends and family appreciate my "interesting" quilting patterns 😆
Thank you for sharing, I didn't know what that foot was called. I usually just use my regular foot to do the same thing. I will try it. Thanks again, happy new year!
Fantástico servirá para otras marcas de máquinas ,gracias por compartir este maravilloso tip feliz año 🎆 y a seguirnos cuidando desde Ciudad de México .Lilian Romero Casas 🥰😷
I have a basic machine. No speed control or drop feed dogs options. It did come with a darning plate but I haven’t attempted using it yet. This makes me want to try.
Laura! Thanks so much for all of your great tutorials. I’ve just finished a Dream big panel and used your method for hanging. (3 stitches!) Noe I’m hoping you have a tutorial on finishing an art piece for hanging. I’m thinking edges without binding.....
Thanks for that Laura. I have never heard of an echo foot before. It kind of makes me think of doing the ruler foot and templates without either.... if you know what I mean...? Interesting.
That is a nice quilting or free hand sowing, I have a Elna, I ordered a quilting foot, but I don’t know how it’s going to fit on my machine because my machine has clip on feet. And that swivels around the shaft, so I am wondering if I didn’t get the wrong one. Although it did state it’s for Elna machines. So will just wait and see. Want to try doing the smaller quilts hope I can do it. 🤦🏼♀️🤔. ❤️🌹❤️🌹
Thank you for this excellent tutorial. I have the 770QE Bernina. I have the BSR with a echo foot. Can you please tell me the difference Laura? Why wouldn’t I use the BSR vs free motion with the echo foot? Thanks 😊
Hi Laura, was always wondering what that foot did .Did you make that top you are wearing with the new Golden rule system? I am thinking about getting it.
Lara, did I miss the video of your new sewing studio? I thought in one it looked like a different place, but I haven't seen anything about your new studio. Will there be one in the future?
