Avec la 9eme révision de la classification Mountain, la stadification médiastinale par EBUS accentue son rôle déterminant dans la précision du diagnostic et du traitement du cancer du poumon. Ce n’est qu’un élément dans cette chaîne de prise en charge et l’anatomopathologiste joue un rôle majeur !
