The material that we desire, thinking that it will bring fulfillment, ironically brings on unhappiness when we are feeling that we are lacking it. One thing that has helped me is rather than praying for something I desire to fulfill me is to pray that the unhappiness caused by lacking be removed from me.

Second hurdle Sounds like a phrase Abraham Hicks used to repeat when People asked her why is my Manifestation not showing up, How can I believe in something before I see it. She would say jokingly "good, you just keep arguing for your limitations and acknowledging the lack of what it is you desire." Meaning: Acknowledging 3D reality is essentially Ignoring what Thomas Troward calls "The First Principle" which is "All Is Mind" Everything that was, is, and will be first germinated from MIND and/or Binding the I Am with the spirit of the thing desired. Possessing the Mental equivalent to the point you can close your eyes and feel, taste, hear, and touch the thing as if it were right in front of you, or as Neville Goddard says, your mental diet and inner conversations reflect the YOU, you would be if you were or had the life you desire.

Everyone in the Psychology department allegedly call him overrated "canon baloney"... Well-advertised "guru" and he's just more for the money (books)...I guessed his teachings reflects more of his struggles as a depressed person and he still is. DONT BE FOOLED. GO TO YOUR OWN PSYCHOLOGIST/PSYCHIATRIST FOR YOUR OWN INDIVIDUAL AND NOT GENERALISED ASSESSMENT OR "TREATMENT PROCEDURES" OF THIS "CANON BALONEY" ALLEGEDLY. MONEY MONEY MONEY!
