Ingredients:
Choux Pastry:
1 cup water
1 stick (113g) butter, unsalted
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
4 eggs
Pastry Cream:
6 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 cup fresh milk
2 tsp vanilla
Ganache:
250g dark chocolate
125mL all purpose cream

Thanks for your kind words! Yes once they have cooled you can store them in the freezer then just heat them up again in the oven and fill just before serving

Hi! Yes po dilute evap with water 1:1 ratio as substitute for fresh milk. 1 cup fresh milk = 1/2 cup evap + 1/2 cup water

Hi! Bake them in a preheated oven at 190C for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 175C for 20 minutes until completely puffed and golden :)

Hi! For the consumed ingredients total production cost is around 240php and makes up to 15 eclairs. usually I simply double yung production cost to come up with a selling cost. If 15php for example ang puhunan ng isa, I willl sell it for 30 pesos then include the packaging. There's a lot more to consider for costing but just to give you an idea :)
