I ADORE the colour scheme in here! I think it would be cool if the other studio was for a single parent and their toddler. Like, they weren't expecting to be pregnant, so they have to fit the toddler in where they can until they save up enough money for a bigger place. That feels kinda realistic.

I love this idea!! It sounds very realistic to me. Imagine the sim who shares the apartment over is like- either a sibling of the parent or just a really good friend so they can help out with the kid

This apartment looks so happy and bright. It would be fun if you do the other one in completely opposite aesthetic. More creepy and dark.. Using items from paranormal or werewolves

You should do a black and white color schemed apartment to be next to the colorful one, so that the two opposite "neighbors" can have opposite aesthetics, but are also friends.

The color scheme is sooo good! I think a poor uni student moving in next door would be cool. That old mattress from eco lifestyle on the floor, mismatched furniture they got from dumpster diving and the local flea market. All their money goes into textbooks and they’re all over the apt. Idk! Kinda grungy apt to contrast the neighbors!

Love this apartment!! After reading Ainslee’s suggestion for a single parent apartment, I’m torn. My original idea was that it would be fun to do an opposite neighbor apartment. Like, maybe the neighbor moved in from Mt. Komorebi and the sim loves traditional Japanese decor. It could be a nice combo of traditional furniture elements in a typical modern apartment.

For the other apartment, I immediately thought of something industrial/maybe more minimalistic or (going the complete opposite route) steampunk-y? An apartment for an inventor would be really cool! Just imagining all the rad clutter you could incorporate into a place like that :'0 I feel like something really mechanical-feeling would contrast nicely with the eclectic apartment!

Build idea: young teen mother moving in because it’s cheap. Does the bathroom have room for a bathtub? Plus, you could do something around a certain color like red or yellow to theme the apartment!

I'm curious about this and not sure if it's been answered already but... why do you use the big grey lights and size them down instead of the smaller grey lights?

So its easier to find them if she needs to move or delete them since the clickable area for the smaller lights are so tiny

So for the other apartment, I think you should do something that is the exact opposite of the eclectic build. The reason for that is, I have twin Sims that would fit both the eclectic and the exact opposite neat sterile environment.

I would love to see the other apartment decorated in a black-and-white modern style. maybe the other sim is a bit more serious and driven and they don't like each other at first but then they bond over a shared interest and realize they balance each other out in a nice way!!

Probably Cottage Living! I love the aesthetic of High School years but Cottage Living has SO MUCH and its so cute!

I think it would be cool to have a gloomy musician or just a gloomy, loner Sim in the other apartment. Really drab décor but maybe a few colorful/cute pieces like the Sim living in this apartment is trying to befriend them. I love the peppy/gloomy friend dynamic. Love this build so far!
