The Greater Rochester Area will host an estimated 300,000 visitors as the region celebrates being in the path of totality for the total solar eclipse. This rare celestial experience happened locally in 1925 and, after this one, will not occur again until 2144! The museum will be open on Monday, April 8 for Focus, Click, Totality!, a special event celebrating the sun and moon, and showcasing the historic gardens and grounds as a viewing area for this once-in-a-lifetime event.
