No worries. Something to bear in mind with solar is that winter months does significantly reduce how much you pull in. It makes it difficult working out how many panels and what size you need for the project you have but just bear that in mind when planning.
I use 2 30ah Eco-Worthy’s one for live scope and the other for a Garmin 106sv. All day power. Good economical Battery. Just as good as one’s that are 2x the price.
So ive got a 24v 86lb thrust trolling motor on a pontoon. Boat looking at these for a lighter setup. With 2x100ah would that be enough to give 8 hours of on and off trolling or would i need to go bigger?
I'm not sure how much power your set-up consumes, you would need to know that to work out how many batteries and what sizes. I have seen recently that Eco-Worthy have recently released a 150ah battery too in case that is off interest. If you get this message in time, they have a sale on until the end of May on eBay.
