I have this newest version of the Ecobee which has been great until I had to leave for 6 months so my son who has used Ecobee for years set up a vacation for me. This lasted for less than a week and it was dropped. I then set up and saved 4 more vacations which again only last for less than a week. Hopefully this gets to someone at Ecobee Customer Service who Is knowledgeable as every time that I've called I get reps who know basically nothing!
How many weeks can be programmed? I work two weeks shifts and i need a two weeks programmable thermostat.. Wou;d that be able to be programmed for two weeks??
Let’s say, for example, for whatever reason, I temporarily lose Wi-Fi at my house. Will the thermostat continue to function properly and will I be able to manually control it.
Nice product but absolutely the worst support of any product I have ever bought. Their support line is never answered and emails are answered that they are not monitored and you should phone them. AVOID!
