Failed to mention this! I will be using a 2.0 TS block for this build, NOT a 2.3 block. I’ve gotten a handful of people asking about this so far! Sorry for the confusion
Watch My Eco brother want to ask u 1 thing kindly can u help me by giving ur advice ... I have 2015 v6 Mustang ... my car when I accelerate it to 80 speed so my car hesitates ... y My car does such hesitation ... can u tell me what should I do will be thankful to u if u will help me on this
Good stuff dude. Your videos were a good source of information on which path to follow for my recent 2.3 purchase. Keep up the great content. I’m not much of a drag racer, but less weight more power is always welcome.
Are you going to use a 2.3L or 2.0L block? That's awesome that you got 82K miles out of an Ecoboost that ran 11.60s. For Ecoboost longevity, I think the most important things to monitor are OAR, for fuel quality, and AFR. Whatever you've been doing is working.
Can't wait to see this motor all done, and you run some awesome times!!!! On a side note, i'm pretty sure H-beam are stronger than I-beam connecting rods, unless your talking about some crazy I-beams, that i never heard of lol? Also why don't you try out the Ford Performance cams, that sell for under $200 USD? More lift and duration, never hurt nobody lol :-P
@@WatchMyEco The improved lift and duration gotta be good for an extra 10hp, no? I think that'd be worth it for under $200. The big thing with them, is having an upgaded turbo, so the stock 'small snail' doesn't become a 'clog point' and risk exhaust reversion. Also, mounttune makes some much better cams, but much more expensive. Great content. keep up the good work! :-)
Great information you forgot to said what turbo are you using, I get my car to the point that the next step will be engine built and bigger turbo. My car is making 379whp and 421wtq with stock turbo on E30.
JIMBO SLICE I made one recently titled “How to run 11s in your Ecoboost mustang”. That will basically give you the rundown of what I have done and how to run that quick
I'd really like to know the cost all in of a 2.0 block swap.. I'm not a racer I just want to be able to put down 370whp without blowing the motor Lol..
