Here is our experience with a product made in the UK with recycled materials, the ECODECK grid system is ideal for paving, driveways and of course shed bases. You will need a flat surface, weed membrane, small gravel e.g. pea gravel and several landscaping tools to complete the job properly.
The grid system and membrane can be bought from Amazon in kit form, it's ideal for the range of Duramax vinyl sheds, we also have a video review of one used on this grid system.

If you leave gaps is that alright aslong as you level with gravel in the gaps. As my grids do not all fit?

Hi daniel and john, planning on building a log house, 25m square . Would you trust this system for weight bearing and would the ground shift over time ? Really appreciate your advice. Thank you for the video.

the base can take a fair bit of weight and because it's all locked together shouldn't move that's the idea of it, but check the loads you can put on it. If it's a substantial structure you may need something better than this if you want it to be safe and last IMHO.

I'm wanting to install a 10meter by 4m metal shed.. do you think this foundation would be good enough?

Looking at using it as a base for a shed. Ground is not wonderfully level so would need building up on one side to level it off, then this on top. How's it holding up, and does the shed sit directly on top of the deck?

No problems with it at all, we would use it again. Once you tie it all together and use gravel it becomes very solid.
