Thank you for covering this. A couple of weeks ago you featured the Ecoflow River 3 and I went to the Ecoflow site and shopped around. I saw this Ecoflow Delta and it was cheaper than normal but I was just shopping at the time. Since you covered it in greater detail as to its features and it has your discount I decided to go ahead and purchase two of these. The fact that it can function as a UPS is the real feature that sealed the deal for me, oh and the LiFePo batteries. Currently in order to get a quality online UPS there is about a $1000 premium to get LiFePo in the same model. So this was a nice surprise.
I ordered 2 with 160 watt solar panels yesterday. I also plan to get a couple larger rigid solar panels to mount to my shed roof( for 800 watts approx).
The Pecron 3600 seems like a better bang for the buck today. I wish Ecoflow good luck, but Pecron is going to take some market share with how competitive they are with prices alone.
Moving the expansion to the back is a good idea. On delta 2 you have it all hanging off the side, which is less practical for storing a stack in a closet or under a bench.
Awesome stuff, I like the fact that Eco flow is really developing the brand, I like the way they are going, I would love if you could look at the brand called Dabbsson and compare it to DBS 1000 pro it's a really good system to based on what I am seeing I think it give eco flow a run for it money but I like when the brands continue to push each other for sure but would really love for you to review and compare these brands. Keep up the good work 🙏
Could you show it being used? I'm particularly interested in how it powers emergency items like sump pumps, heaters, and refrigerators. Obviously wont last for hours but still curious. Thanks!
I’d like you to do video on the most economical power station to run different sized microwaves during a power outage. We seem to have one for several hours about every other month. Cooking outside in the winter, especially at night, really isn’t an option. Thanks.
Though Ecoflow makes good batteries, My only gripe with them and most other brands are the prices. like this model here with a 30 percent discount is still $630. That is crazy expensive considering i may only use it a few times here and there when i could just get a used whole house LP or Natural gas for a little over $1300. Dont mean to be a keyboard warrior but i just wanted to know if anybody else feels the same way. awsome video tho as usual
cant compair solar generator pricing to gas generator pricing like compairing apples to semitrucks when you run outa gas then what ? this for its features size etc is a great price compairred to other solar generators pair it with a small ish inverter generator and a small solar array and you can power alot of things for along time.
The delta pro 3 needs to be $600-ish. Eco flow products are great in design and function but I truly do not understand who can afford them, other then content creators who are given the products or can write them off as deductions.
$600 for 4.1KWH is impossible in todays economy. You cannot even buy used LFP packs that originally had 4.1KWH for $600. Pipe dream IMO. $400/KWH is today's standard for cheap power stations.
When you add the cost of the battery, battery monitor, heat protector, inverter, no need for positive and negative cables, etc, all built into one unit, the price isn't that bad. And to be honest the Delta 2 has the same specs but can't charge with 1000watts of solar panels, it vents on the sides but besides that the power is the same and it would last just as long. That is $459.00 on this prime day and there are codes on RU-vid reviewers for all ecoflow products that drop that down significantly and I think that's more than reasonable.
How many of these do I need for three freezers, a bigger kitchen fridge, and a burner plate when needed? How many solar panels to charge it will being used?
plumber here...can it power a jackhammer? cant wait to get rid of my big generator...it takes 3 guys to lift it into the truck! but the little generators dont have enough power to run it...i dont know how much wattage my jackhammer pulls but it only has a double prong plug on it (no ground pin) but the wire is super thick...hilti brand
I’m a little confused on how it can be expanded to 5 kW. I see one extra battery port ? if it connects to the Delta 2 extra battery that’s 2 kW if it’s connected to the DP3 battery that’s 4 kW, and if it’s connected to the delta 2 max extra battery that’s 3kw……where are they getting 5 from ?
@@SilverCymbalthanks but i seen this on there website. It says, EcoFlow orders are shipped to the contiguous United States (does not include outlying islands and overseas territories). Seen ecoflow at our costco but they not restocking it.
what expansion battery is that? I can only see the delta pro 3 extra battery on their website which looks different than the video. Their site does reference a "delta 3" extra battery but I don't see it on their site.
bit.ly/3WsfLly if you go to Delta 3, that is there 4kwh battery. In the video I said you have just doubled the capacity, I should have said *more* than doubled your capcity. Too many leaves hitting my head. That's how you get it to 5kwh total.
