You didn’t explain how to charge your battery below 32f ? All you did is regurgitate what is in the manual

Hi there, if it is lower than 32F, there might be low-temp warning signal. It is suggested to move your battery to a warmer place for recharging. Let me know if you have other questions🙌

I found out the hard way my D2Max won’t charge below 0C, even on a sunny day with a large solar array. It wouldn’t have taken much cost or effort to have a heating element which could use solar or AC to warm the battery above 0C to allow charging. I ended up building an insulated box, and the residual heat from leaving the AC inverter on all the time keeps the unit + two external batteries warm.

Hi, the charging temp of Delta 2 Max is 0℃~45℃. It is okay to use an insulated box to ensure the temperature during charging, however, please pay attention to ventilation, which might lead to overheating of the battery.

@@EcoFlowTech so far I have not seen battery temperatures above 32C. In a heavy charge/discharge scenario I just remove the box and the current flow keeps the battery warm enough.

So I can only use 40 % of its capacity during power outage. I own it just for emergency and need to keep it at 60% because it’s the best way for long storage. And I can’t discharge it completely to 0% and keep it 20% for good battery health😅 that’s a bummer

Hi if it is long-term storage such as two to three months. It is suggested to store it at 60% and charge it and discharge it regularly. If the storage time is not that long, like one to two weeks, you can store it at 80%.

@@EcoFlowTech discharge to a zero and charge it to a 100? And then left it at 60% for long storage? And keep repeating this every 3 months?🙉
