The idea of the hot water is not to clean your floor with hot water, the pads are down to room temp within seconds of leaving the base station, the 'hot' water is for cleaning the mop pads when back in the base station. Is it hot enough at 55c? Well, it's better than cold I suppose :)

I have been moping with hot water for years, and bare min of cleaning product on the water. The heat was enough to soften the dirt, and with the (manual) mechanical force on the mop head kept my floors clean and NOT sticky. Some people use too much product on their floor that, once dry, makes the floor sticky, so then again you need to clean and "use more of the product".

Great review - I’m curious with the spillage on the floor and using the Vacuum and Mop mode, does the liquid not get sucked into the dustbin?

Have you been able to find how to schedule only a vacuum on certain days and vacuum & mop on other days? I looked everywhere but it looks like I can’t find an option to specify the type of cleaning for each schedule 😕 don’t you think that the app sucks? 😅 the T20 is amazing though!

Is it possible to add a small amount of floor cleaning solution into the tank please or is this not advised?

One thing I have found is that if you upgrade your phone as I did and my friend did the app is no longer economised, you cannot re register as you are told somebody with that email already exists and so you go around in circles. The only way my friend managed was to re register using her husbands email. There does does not seem to be a solution for the problem.
