Thank you for these videos! I feel like I've watched every video having to do with mopping, as I'm having issues with my 950. I've taken it apart and checked the pipes for blockage, made sure there isn't a pressure issue in the reservoir, checked the pipe in the reservoir to make sure it wasn't blocked, made sure the inlet wasn't damaged...nada. Is there any way to test the water pump to see if it even cycles? I have no issue taking this guy apart again if it gets it mopping again. :) It's a life saver.
😅😅😅 ok ok.. sometimes pump motor just jammed so what you can do..use 9-12 v any charger & give that connection directly to motor only...plz disconnect motor before doing all this experiment... give this connection only for 3-4 second only... twice..if motor start working then assemble back.. should work...but it can spoil again..try ur luck
My n10 Robo is not mopping properly. It is overlapping the map, and when I reset the map now, it is not tackling the small obstructions like some small foot Mat or any other thing comes in way it does not go back to the mapping, rather start rotating and moving in circle direction over there, could you tell me the reason I have deep cleaned also?
@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 Hi can you tell me if the pump of the deebot950 is the same of the deebot T9PLUS?? Or the two pump are different in power?
Hi, thanks for your videos - very helpful. I have a slightly different issue, wondering if you have any advice? My OMNI X1 leaks water from underneath the base station when filling. It seems to fill up the actual vacuum itself, then then it speaks an error saying "Cleaning sink is dirty, please clean" or similar (but it very clean). About 2-3 seconds later it says "problem cleared, can continue (or similar). I press the Play/Go button and it does continue and I can see the clean water tank dropping, except that about half of it goes into the vacuum, and half leaks out the station. I had a closer look and it's leaking from directly underneath the base station (i.e. not inside the docking space). Any ideas or suggestions from your experience would be greatly appreciated.
@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 - Yes I'm quite certain what you have described is what needs to happen and is what would resolve my issue. I'm just wondering how difficult it is to open the whole station up to do this (being careful of course)? Interested to hear your opinion/thoughts with what you've seen and worked on in the past. Appreciate it.
Hi Sir, thanks for the video. For T8 Aivi I already changed a new water pump, but water still has not been dispensed. May I know how to fix it ?. I'm so glad if you can answer me. Thank you.
What happens when that hose inside the mopping tank comes off? It's just floating inside the water in the tank. Is there a video on how to pull apart the tank without damaging it so I can replace? Mine is still under warranty anyway, perhaps it is better to take to the shop for a replacement.
I think in my case the problem is the pump because following your suggestion in my case seems that the water flow in the three hole present in the water plate
@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 how is possible to fix my T8 water tank pipe like? Is possible to open the water thank to change the part into it? Thanks

Hi, I have Ozmo 950 unit and usually when I install the mopping the the reboot says that the mopping plate is installed, but all of a sudden it stopped mentioning it and as a result it doesn’t mop. What might be the issue.
Check the mop plate lock got a small magnet is it there...or inside the deebot next to water pump a sensor might be came off from its place or damadged
