Thanks for the info, I replaced my battery but now the device started saying to power on the device before charging, (it is powered on). I have tried a second charger and as stated a new battery but still nothing, I am currently looking at the fuses but they look good, do you have any idea? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the excellent video. With your support I've been able to open my 950 and am awaiting a new motherboard from AliExpress. I have one question that I hope you can assist with. After disassembly and inverting the Debot, I found two small rubber grommets on the table that I can't identify. They did not come up in any of the videos that I watched. Bro, my T9 has high pitch sound and doesn't vacuum/ sucks dust like before. Basically it has attitude problem. Can a main brush motor be the problem? Or is it a mother bot issue? Been using it for 4 years and now this problem occurs. Please help. Hey, ur videos are very informative.

My issue is the drain port is clear, Even the trap is clear. I can see into it with a mirror, i THINK something is blocking the tube further up.

My Ecovac Debot Ozmo 950 displays gives out an error message saying "please help me out" when turned on. It remains stuck on the "starting to clean" stage but doesn't actually begin cleaning. After a few minutes, it shows this error message. What could be the issue?

I have a Ozmo 920 series and the vacuum reports: 'my laser distance sensor is blocked please clean it' I have taken the laser motor assembly apart and have thououghly cleaned it with compressed air (although it was not particulalry fouled) Could the laser module itself have failed? Hello, I recently reset my map and attempted to remap my 950. Unfortunately, the dock is no longer being detected by the device. It does not charge or recognize the dock's presence. I used a multimeter to measure the dock's output and found that it was less than 0.5A at approximately 20V. I am concerned that the low amperage may be the cause of the issue, or it could potentially be a motherboard problem. I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions you may have to resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

How many cents did you guys save by going with plastic drive gears? Because it wasn’t worth it. Ours is shot after only 3 years. Sounds like a dentist drill as the gearbox is stripped out.
