Thanks for making these videos! As a researcher and MS patient, I make videos that 'translate' scientific insights to Dutch MS patients. I can imagine how exhausting these days must have been!

Would be interesting if follow up research thought about how they could apply these things to patients xD Is this perhaps why Omega 3 / flaxseed oil may help patients through altering the cholesterol balance? From 2013 (table 5, flaxseed) is shocking! --> Association of fish consumption and omega 3 supplementation with quality of life, disability and disease activity in an international cohort of people with multiple sclerosis. Thanks for making these videos!! :)
