Hello, everyone, my name is Laidbackmarco I'm a young adult trying to go to animation school in Kyoto.
This video is to vent my feelings about my lifelong struggle with eczema. It's frustrating to deal with this knowing that there might not ever be a long term treatment or relief.

A gym I train at does this thing called the gallon challenge. We try to get everyone drinking a gallon of water a day. Some of us do so regularly anyway. But when we get casual people doing it, its crazy the changes they see in one month. Weight loss, skin, and energy levels all see improvements. Maybe you should just try out the Gallon challenge for science! :p

I think in order to drink more water put some lemon in it. It will give it more taste and use a shea butter (RAW) version of it u warm it up over a boiling water and apply it to your face twice a day it helps

I have it on my face. It hurts so bad , but we have good days too. Have you ever tried the water therapy clinic in France? Thanks for sharing!!

yeah not all days are this terrible! but it feels that way sometimes. I have never heard of the water therapy clinic. Have you tried it?

I understand it hurts so much and i wanna cry over my ezcema and stuff.. its really defeating right now my ezcema is in my hair scalp and my legs and even my face but mostly around my neck eyes and around my lips too

Right now my skin is much worse, I'm currently battling something called TSW or topical steroid withdrawal. I've stopped all topical medications as after a lot of research I think they are hurting more than they are helping. My life is a living hell in many ways and I honestly think I'd be better off dead. Hoping for sunny days on the other side of this
