Thank you 😘 for me 'recovery perfectionism' is for example staying home to make sure I'll eat every 2-3hours instead going out with people. Or cancelling some plans if I know that it will make me eat dinner or breakfast later than usuall. It is like focusing on recovery so much (too much?) that sometimes I feel like it's become my excuse to avoid some challenges and going outside of my comfort zone.😐
ohhhh... but that's not recovery!! recovery is all about being flexible and eating whenever whatever. the only rule is to eat a lot and move little. xx
